Our place, which is currently open to worship as a mosque, is on sale. We wanted to buy this place, believing that our future generations should have these places for the happiness of the world and the hereafter.
According to the expert reports, the market value of the property is 1 million 350 thousand pounds. Our Landlord has generously donated £100k to our campaign for the first time Alhamdulillah. We hope to make the payment of the remaining 1 million 250 thousand pounds now.
The good news is that there has been no price increase despite the long time period in the payment period of our debt.
We believe that our Lord, Allah SWT, the most generous one gives all kinds of blessings to His servants, will also help us in this noble cause so that we can be free from this liability very soon. Thanks to our generous brothers and sisters, this financial obligation will be easy for us to manage by the will of God Almighty. We have already made arrangement to purchase the property and planning to make improvements to the mosque facilities and build a full-time madrasah for the young generation very soon.
By contributing to the purchase of this mosque, you will get immense reward. This act of charity will become heavy on the scale of good deeds in the day of judgement. Charity does not decrease wealth and will work as a shield against the calamity.
The agreed price is £1,350,000.00. The landlord of the mosque has donated 100 thousand pounds. We plan to pay our debt in three stages.
Stage 1: £135k (Paid)
Stage 2: £365k (Paid)
Stage 3: The remaining £850k to be paid in interest-free instalments of £31250 per month for 27 months (The landlord will pay £100,000 towards the value if we can make the payments regularly InshaAllah)
