Changelog
Mosques following the Umm al-Qura calculation now get a Ramadan-aware Isha time that reflects the longer interval used during the holy month. Throughout Ramadan, Isha is calculated with the correct spacing after Maghrib, so your congregation arrives for Taraweeh at the right moment.
This is one more detail Masjidbox handles for your community during Ramadan.
New Prayer Time Sources for Diyanet Communities
Mosques that follow the Turkish Diyanet method can now have their prayer times sourced automatically, matching the official Diyanet schedule for their location. This means less manual setup, and prayer times your community already knows.
This is part of our ongoing work to support the calculation methods mosques around the world rely on, with no extra setup.
Taraweeh can now be scheduled relative to either the call to prayer or the iqamah, so it lines up with how your mosque actually prays.
A couple of fixes to keep your content and social posts in order.
File uploads for your home content now go to the right place reliably. Social post templates no longer break when a translation is missing.
Your Ramadan calendars can now show the Imsak time alongside the daily prayer schedule, and you can choose whether to display it and whether to highlight it. This release also brings a set of fixes that keep your printable calendars accurate and readable across locales and devices.
Tidy-ups across calendars and prayer times to keep them accurate.
Your calendar can now show an Imsak column with highlight options, so fasting times are easy to spot.
Your mosque keeps its chosen main language when settings are updated, instead of it being reset. Jumu'ah is now named correctly and the next day's Fajr is highlighted as expected.
Running a mosque is a team effort, and now you can share the workload with your helpers. The new manager permission system lets you invite helpers and decide which parts of the dashboard each person can reach.
Permissions are organised by section, so you can give a volunteer access to prayer times without handing over donations, or let someone manage screens while keeping settings locked down. Each person gets only the access you grant, and your sensitive areas stay private.
Added section-based permissions so each manager only sees and edits the areas you grant them.
Fixed how manager access is enforced so each person reaches only the pages they are allowed.
Your prayer time displays now handle Friday and late-night transitions correctly. On Fridays, screens show Jumu'ah in place of Dhuhr, and the special Jumu'ah schedule now applies across every display, so the whole mosque shows the same times.
After the last prayer of the day, displays now highlight the next day's Fajr as the upcoming prayer, so the screen still shows worshippers the next time.
Friday displays now show Jumu'ah instead of Dhuhr at midday. The Jumu'ah name now appears wherever prayer times are shown. The special Friday schedule now applies to every display, not just the first one to load. After the night prayer, screens now highlight the next morning's Fajr as the upcoming prayer instead of leaving nothing highlighted.
Automated posting of your prayer times and announcements to Facebook and Instagram is now steadier across the board. Posts and Stories wait until their image is ready, schedules no longer publish the same item twice, and posting pauses on its own if a Meta permission is withdrawn, then resumes once access is back.
We've brought one-time donations and recurring subscriptions onto unified pages with shared filters. You can see everything in one place, filter how you want, and page through long histories without losing your place.
Donations and subscriptions are now on unified, filterable pages. Long donation lists now page through quickly. Recurring donations have a name field and clearer management. Donors can update the payment method on a recurring gift. We added secure document access and donor-receipt downloads from the dashboard. SMS notifications now cover recurring giving.
French accounts now see the correct fiscal-receipt label. Donation lists now keep recurring and one-time gifts separate.
