Changelog
End-of-year polish across prayer-time displays and download links.
App download links now point to the right place for each language. Prayer-time tables line up correctly, with proper spacing for sunrise when iqamah times are shown. The small prayer-times widget no longer shows the same athan and iqamah times by mistake. The TV home page shows the correct Arabic title and description.
A round of fixes and refinements, plus a redesigned reminders view and email verification for new accounts.
New accounts now confirm their email during sign-up, with a clear screen to guide you through it. The reminders list is redesigned so it is easier to scan. You can now create prayer-time widgets directly from the dashboard. You can now add a link and button to map blocks in your app. Labels for organisation name and contact name now sit in the right place. Delete actions across the dashboard are simpler and more consistent. Prayer-time pages now start from today's date automatically.
Reminder action buttons now work reliably, so editing or removing a reminder behaves as expected. Prayer-time widgets and screens are faster and no longer stall while loading. Sign-in is more reliable and no longer gets stuck on a loading screen. Fixed timetable upload and export so your prayer schedules import and download without errors. Iqamah delay edits no longer send you to another page. Custom fonts now display correctly on your screens in every situation. Fixed display glitches with formatted text and duplicate pop-up messages. Dashboard menus now show the right options based on your organisation's access. Calendar purchases now handle uploaded files correctly.
A round of polish for your prayer timetables and printable calendars, so what your community sees is clearer and more professional.
Prayer times now read consistently and the daily timetable fits better in the calendar layout. Iqamah columns now use a more balanced size that is easier to read on printed calendars. Calendar cells now space evenly so the timetable lines up correctly. You can now look up past prayer timetables when you need them, so historical times stay available for reference.
You no longer have to update prayer times in a rush at the turn of the year. You can now upload next year's prayer timetable ahead of time, so your displays and apps move into the new year with the correct times already in place.
The upload flow guides you step by step, with clearer guidance in both English and French so you know exactly what to provide.
The wording on the next-year timetable upload is clearer, in English and French, so the process is easy to follow.
The change from one year to the next no longer means a scramble to load fresh timetables. Masjidbox now prepares next year's prayer times ahead of time and switches to them automatically as the new year begins, so your screens, app and website never run out of accurate times.
If next year's times are still being prepared, Masjidbox falls back to a working set so your prayer times keep showing without interruption. Your team does not have to do anything for the year-end transition.
#### Built for the year-end change - Next year's prayer times are prepared in advance, ready before they are needed - The switchover happens automatically the moment the new year arrives - A fallback keeps prayer times showing during the changeover
Both the call to prayer and iqamah times for the coming year are now prepared and carried over, so nothing is missing when the year turns. The two yearly timetables now connect cleanly, so prayer times run without a break across the New Year.
Prayer times that span the end of December into January are now handled correctly, with no broken days around New Year.
See exactly how your fundraising is performing. The new statistics give you totals and trends across any time range, from the last 24 hours to all-time, with period comparisons, hourly breakdowns, and consolidated views across campaigns and terminals. You can see your best days, review who your donors are, and plan ahead.
Rich donation statistics with totals, trends and period-over-period comparisons. New time ranges including last 24 hours, today, and all-time, plus hourly breakdowns. Consolidated stats across campaigns and across donation terminals. Filter statistics by donation source. Familiar date-range and grouping selectors make the reports easy to read. Added a Documents page so you can access your official payment-provider files. Donor receipts can now be downloaded from the dashboard.
Improved accuracy of period-based comparisons and all-time totals.
Setting up and monitoring Masjidbox players is now easier. Android devices now receive the correct app download links automatically based on their device type, including dedicated links for devices on the beta channel, so getting a screen up and running is more reliable.
Player status now includes Wi-Fi connection details. Mosque admins get a clearer picture of how each display is connected, and it is easier to spot a screen that has dropped offline.
Player status now shows Wi-Fi connection details, so you can see at a glance how each screen is connected.
Android devices now automatically receive the right app download links for their specific device type. Devices on the beta channel now get dedicated download links, so beta screens always pull the correct version.
We added donation terminal management for in-person giving and recurring-donation scheduling. The donation form has new amount options and updated styling, plus a donation countdown and a clearer eligibility display.
You can now download receipts directly, with secure links in emails. Monthly recurring donations are handled more reliably, including when a payment method is missing.
